Frequently Asked Questions
Who Gets Tinnitus?
Tinnitus may affect anyone. However, it is more commonly found among the older population or those over 40 years old. People who are prone to hardening of the arteries are at greater risk for tinnitus than the general population. In addition, individuals who work in noisy surroundings are more often found with tinnitus. In short, noise pollution is a large contributing factor to this frustrating condition.
Is Tinnitus Serious?
Tinnitus is typically not a serious condition. It goes without saying that hearing loss is often a condition that arises or is found with those whom have tinnitus. Others fear that they have a brain tumor or that they have some form of mental illness. While possible, such underlying conditions are most unlikely and rarely found in people with tinnitus.
How Long Does it Take to Get Real Results with Clarity²?
Unfortunately there is no "quick fix" for tinnitus. Some people experience a reduction in noise levels within two weeks, but for others it takes much longer. Most people should notice a reduction of the ringing sound in 6 to 8 weeks. We recommend using Clarity² continuously for 4 months. After the noise level begins declining, it should continue to do so for several months. Sometimes at the beginning of a treatment there is a worsening of the symptoms before it gets better.
Do I Need to Take Clarity² Continuously in the Future?
For many people, Clarity² needs to be used as a maintenance program to be continued in order to keep the volume at a reduced level.
After the first 60 - 75 days, you can reduce from 4 capsules per day down to 2 capsules per day to shift into a maintenance program.
Who shouldn't take Clarity²?
It shouldn't be taken by pregnant or nursing women. The safety of Clarity² in people with liver or kidney damage isn't known. People with low blood pressure, bleeding disorders, or seizure disorders shouldn't use Clarity². It also shouldn't be used at least two weeks prior to or after a surgical or dental procedure.
Clarity² shouldn't be taken if you are taking herbs or drugs that "thin" the blood such as aspirin, Plavix (clopidogrel), Ticlid (ticlopidine), (Trental) pentoxifylline, vitamin E, garlic or ginkgo. It should not be used with Coumadin (warfarin).
How often should I use Clarity²?
Suggested Use: Adults and children 12 years of age and older, take 2 capsules twice daily for the first 60 to 75 days. Thereafter reduce to 2 capsules in total per day (can be taken together or 1 capsule at a time split between the day). Children under 12 should consult a doctor before taking.
Warnings: If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, or have health conditions, seek the advice of a health care professional before using this product. Keep out of reach of children.
Will Clarity² interact with any drugs I am taking?
No, it will not. Clarity² is a supplement that does not adversely affect in any way any drugs you may be taking to better your health.
